A wide sun lounge, a sandy beach and the deep blue of the sea. These are the elements that compose the scenery of our hotel in Pelion and its café-restaurant “lock-al”, a place whose morning tastes are based on simplicity serving snacks, coffees and drinks to take off the scale by the evening with sophisticated cuisine that smells and reminds of Greece. This old shipyard retains its naval character through my journey in time and under the guidance of the chef John Baxevanis sets sails for creative tasteful journeys.
